Many people define the Good Life as something money can buy. I want nice things like an awesome credit score and a great family to share my life with, but all of that comes with time. A lot of people want to get large amounts of money in the shortest amount of time possible. What they fail to realize is that the average age of a millionaire today is the mid 50's.
If you take away all the pro atheletes, entertainers, trust fund/old money handed down receivers and lottery winners, then who do you have? Men and women that busted their a** to get where they want to be. They lived within their means, stay focused on goals and was constant in their chase for success in their field of expertise. Money doesn't grow on trees but you must plant the seeds of a good life, and constantly water and feed this plant until the proverbial money tree is now your shade, especially on rainy days.
Always stay focused. The get rich or die trying mentality should be kept limited, for when you decide that getting money is all that matters, then you will do anything for a dollar, and that is no way for anyone to be living. Just picture a grown a** man dressed in women's clothes and punching babies with a smile saying "get money ya'll, get money!". You would be disturbed by that image wouldn't you? Well don't let money take over your best judgement. Work hard, use your brain and all things will come together.
